Thecompany was started in 1942 by Albert Senigaglia. Robert Senigaglia, son, took over in 1960 and continued the business until 1986. In 1986 the business was passed to his daughter, Sofia Widgren, who with her husband Robert Widgren continue to run the business. Both Sofia and Robert are Enrolled Agents (EA). EA's are licensed by the IRS.
